About the Program

The FLL Mock Judging program is an opportunity for FLL teams to present their Robot Design Presentation, Innovation Project Presentation, and Core Values (if applicable) to our student judges and receive commentary. Our judges will be using the region rubric of the given FLL team or the official FLL rubric, depending on whichever is more useful for the team.

Qualifications: Our students have 10+ hours of training and have been mentored by the Sharon Robo Knights, who have 6 years of experience and have competed at the FLL World Championships twice!

Timings: Times and dates are available through the attached Google Sign-Up!

Details: Meetings will be held through Google Meets. Join from ONLY one device with all students visible and audible. If your team doesn't show up within the first 5 minutes of the assigned time slot without contacting us prior, we will assume you canceled and move up to the next team on the roster. The rubric (in PDF form), comments, and a recording of the meeting will be emailed to your FLL team within 3 business days. We will only be discussing presentation, not design. Commentary, not suggestions will be provided by our judges. Basically, we will identify what to improve but not how.

Our promise to you: We will remain completely confidential and impartial. Mentors will be unable to discuss any information regarding your team outside of meetings.

Feel free to contact us via E-mail, Instagram, or Facebook with any questions!
